If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or defective items
If your lamp arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
