Shipping policy
Orders
To place an order, simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and adjust the cart contents if needed.
If the products are in stock, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is being prepared. You will be kept informed about the order status, and a final confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in your account details.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal – a safe and convenient payment method. You can also pay by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or Apple Pay via Stripe.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we will send you a proforma invoice along with all the necessary bank account details. If payment is not received within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled. Should you experience any difficulties, please contact us.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only to customers in Slovenia and Croatia. For orders from other countries, please choose a different payment option.
Currency
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the product price.

We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at the rate displayed during checkout. All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the items in your cart.

Duties & Taxes
All EU orders include VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Items are usually shipped within 1–5 business days (unless otherwise stated in the product description). Delivery within Europe typically takes 5–7 business days, while international orders may take several weeks depending on destination.
We ship via the Slovenian postal service, DPD, GLS or DHL Express, depending on the size and weight of the package. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at office@twon.eu so we can assist you.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For exchanges, the cost of sending the replacement item will be charged to the customer.
If your package is returned to us because it was not collected, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.
You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Holiday returns: items purchased in December can be returned until January 15th of the following year.
Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
Contact your bank — there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
